Coins Policy

1. What coins are

Coins are the virtual currency of Quietoctave. You use them to play casino-style games for entertainment. Wins in a game are paid in coins.

2. No cash value

Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, cashed out, sold, transferred to another player or exchanged for money, prizes, gift cards or anything else of value. There is no payout of any kind.

3. Getting coins

• Coin packs: fixed bundles of coins at a set price in euros. Some packs include bonus coins on top of the standard amount.
• Custom amount: any whole-euro amount within the range shown in your account, at the standard rate and without bonus coins.

Bonus coins are ordinary coins and work the same way in every game.

4. Expiry

Coins do not expire while your account is open.

5. Refunds and disputes

If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us through the contact page and choose "Refund request" or "Transaction dispute". We will look into it and reply by email.
