Quietoctave

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who visits quietoctave.com or creates an account with Quietoctave ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Quietoctave is

Quietoctave is a social casino. You play casino-style games for entertainment using virtual coins. Quietoctave is not a gambling service: there is no real-money gambling, no prizes of monetary value and no way to turn coins into money.

2. Who can use the service

  • You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm your age when you create an account.
  • You may hold only one account, and the details you give us must be true and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens in your account.

3. Virtual coins

  • Coins are a virtual currency used only to play games on Quietoctave.
  • Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred to another player or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value.
  • Buying a coin pack gives you access to entertainment content. It is not a deposit, a stake or an investment.
  • Coins do not expire while your account is open. More details are in our Coins Policy.

4. Purchases

Purchases are made in your account area through our payment provider. Prices are shown in euros before you confirm. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us through the contact form and choose "Refund request" or "Transaction dispute".

5. Games and fairness

Every game round is calculated on our server and can be verified as described in our Fair Play Policy. Wins are paid in coins only. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

6. Demo games

Demo games are played with Fun chips stored in your browser. Fun chips have no value and are never added to an account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools, share or sell accounts, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Write to us through the contact page.
