Fair Play Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Every game at Quietoctave is played for fun with virtual coins, and every round is fair and checkable.
1. Results are calculated on the server
The outcome of each round is calculated on our server, never in your browser, so it cannot be changed by the device you play on.
2. Provably fair
Each round uses three values:
- a server seed, kept secret while it is in use and shown to you only as a hash;
- a client seed, which you can change at any time;
- a nonce, the number of the round, which goes up by one with every bet.
The result is derived from these values. When you rotate your seeds, the old server seed is revealed, and you can check that its hash matches the one you were shown and recalculate every past round yourself.
3. Return to player
Each game has a declared return to player (RTP) of about 96%, shown on its game page. RTP is a long-run average across a very large number of rounds, measured in coins. It is not a promise about any single session.
4. Fair use
Bots, scripts, multiple accounts and exploiting errors are not allowed. Rounds affected by a technical error may be voided and the coins returned.
